Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior and an aluminum back, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. The fan-forced refrigeration system ensures consistent temperatures, while the electronic control system allows precise adjustment of temperature and defrost cycles. Adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves, along with available cutting boards and pans, provide flexible and organized storage.
