With a stainless steel exterior and interior, it features a bottom-mount compressor and R290 refrigerant for energy-efficient cooling, maintaining temperatures between 35°F – 38°F. The unit is designed with a stainless steel pan liner and is equipped with a full electronic controller for precise temperature control.
This prep table includes two pre-installed shelves, a recessed door handle, and a self-closing door with a stay-open feature for easy access. It also has a magnetic door gasket for a tight seal, ensuring consistent temperatures. The unit comes with a stainless steel night cover for added protection.
Pre-installed casters allow for easy mobility, and the field-reversible door adds versatility. Standard with one full-size pan and one 1/3 size pan, it holds up to eight 1/6 size pans for a customizable setup to suit your needs.
