The Frigos FGA-SPT-30P-73-MT 73" Three Door Mega Top Refrigerator Sandwich Prep Table is designed for high-efficiency kitchens. Built with a stainless steel exterior and interior, it features a rear-mount compressor and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Maintaining temperatures between 35°F – 38°F, the concentrated airflow design ensures even cooling throughout the 30 pre-installed 1/6 size pans.
This prep table includes a 9-1/4” cutting board, removable stainless steel pan liner, and locking divider bars to keep ingredients organized. The self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, combined with magnetic door gaskets, ensure easy access and a secure seal for optimal temperature control.
For added convenience, the unit has one pre-installed shelf per section and pre-installed casters for easy mobility. With precise electronic temperature control and outstanding airflow, this sandwich prep table offers functionality and durability for any commercial kitchen.
