Featuring a stainless steel exterior and interior, this table is equipped with a rear-mount compressor and R290 refrigerant for eco-friendly, reliable cooling. The concentrated airflow design ensures even distribution of air around the pans, keeping ingredients fresh.
The table includes 10 pre-installed 6" deep poly pans and a 9-1/4” cutting board, offering plenty of prep space. The electronic temperature controller maintains temperatures between 35°F – 38°F, while the self-closing doors with stay open feature provide easy access.
