Key features include self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling, a stainless steel top with an opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain ingredient freshness, and a removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board for versatile food prep.
The unit features (1) solid hinged self-closing door for energy efficiency, (1) epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage, digital controls with an LED display for precise temperature management, and an auto defrost feature for minimal maintenance. The front air breathing system ensures efficient cooling, while the stainless steel interior, top, bottom, and sides guarantee durability and hygiene.
