Key features include self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling, a stainless steel top with an opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain ingredient freshness, and a removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board for versatile food prep.
The unit features (1) solid hinged self-closing door for energy efficiency, (1) epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage, digital controls with an LED display for precise temperature management, and an auto defrost feature for minimal maintenance.
