This unit features a two-section design with a generous 71-1/8" width, providing a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for high-volume food service operations. The self-contained rear mounted refrigeration ensures consistent and reliable cooling performance.
The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for (18) 1/6 size pans, offering ample space for ingredient organization. An insulated top lid, 1/2" thick, enhances temperature retention and energy efficiency. The unit includes one solid hinged self-closing door for easy and efficient access to stored items.
Additionally, (2) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide storage and organization for utensils and ingredients, with easy access to stored items. (1) epoxy coated wire shelf adds organization and storage versatility to the unit, and height adjustable clips allow you to customize the pan placement to suit your specific needs.
