The Everest EPBNR1-D2 is a versatile food preparation solution with a drawered sandwich prep table design. It features one section, measuring 27-3/4" in width and offering 8.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity. The unit's self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling performance.
Its stainless steel top comes with an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans, and there's a 1/2" thick insulated top lid. Two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide storage for utensils and ingredients. Height adjustable clips allow for customization in pan placement, and a 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a practical workspace.
Digital controls with an LED display enable precise temperature control, and the unit features auto defrost for efficiency. It ensures proper ventilation with front air breathing and boasts a stainless steel interior. The front, top, and sides are also constructed from stainless steel for a sleek and professional appearance.
