Made from durable brushed stainless steel, it includes 24 1/6 pan containers, plus an additional row for extra storage. The foam insulation maintains consistent temperatures, while self-closing doors and recessed handles offer ease of use and a clean appearance.
With digital controls and an LED display, the temperature can be precisely adjusted between 33°F and 41°F. A heavy-duty 1/5 HP bottom-mounted compressor ensures reliable cooling, and the auto-defrosting feature reduces energy costs. The table includes a cutting board for quick food preparation and 4” locking casters for mobility.
This prep table meets NSF/ANSI 7 standards and is ETL listed for safety. Using R290 natural refrigerant, it is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
