Its insulated hinged cover protects ingredients, while 12 included 1/3 pan containers keep toppings neatly organized and easily accessible for fast-paced food prep.
Designed for precise and efficient cooling, the DPP90 maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F with a bottom-mounted 1/2 HP compressor and R290 natural refrigerant. The digital temperature controls with an LED display allow for easy adjustments, and the automatic defrosting system ensures hassle-free maintenance. Below, three adjustable and removable wire shelves provide extra refrigerated storage space.
This ETL-listed prep table meets NSF/ANSI 7 standards, ensuring commercial-grade performance. It features a NEMA 5-15P plug for simple setup, operates on 115V/60Hz power, and comes with four locking 5” casters for easy mobility.
