The insulated hinged cover protects ingredients, and nine 1/3 pan containers keep everything organized and ready for use.
Designed for optimal cooling performance, the DPP70 maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F using a bottom-mounted 1/4 HP compressor and R290 natural refrigerant. The digital temperature controls with an LED display provide precise adjustments, while the automatic defrosting system minimizes maintenance. Below, two adjustable and removable wire shelves offer additional refrigerated storage for convenience.
This NSF/ANSI 7-certified prep table is ETL listed for safety and sanitation, making it ideal for commercial applications. It features a NEMA 5-15P plug for quick installation, operates on 115V/60Hz power, and includes four locking 5” casters for easy movement.
