Its durable stainless steel exterior, including the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf, offers both strength and easy cleaning. The heavy-duty 12” x 12” removable, 3/4" steel plate ensures robust heat distribution for optimal cooking, while the oven’s temperature range from 175°F to 500°F allows for a variety of cooking techniques.
This gas range comes equipped with two chrome oven racks, multiple rack guides for flexibility, and an enamel interior for effortless cleaning. A 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator are standard, ensuring efficient and reliable operation in demanding kitchen settings.
The DCR36-6B also features 6" casters with locks for easy mobility, making it adaptable to the dynamic needs of commercial environments. With six open burners and a reliable oven, this range is designed to enhance cooking efficiency, making it the ideal choice for high-volume kitchens.
