The Dukers DCHPA48 48" Gas Countertop Hot Plate delivers serious power with eight burners generating a total of 224,000 BTU/H—ideal for high-demand commercial kitchens. Each 28,000 BTU stainless steel burner includes a standby pilot and is controlled independently every 12 inches for precise heat control.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this hot plate is durable and easy to maintain. Lift-off cast iron burners and a full-length seamless drip pan ensure quick cleanup, while adjustable stainless steel legs provide a stable setup in any kitchen.
Designed for flexibility, it ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit. The cool-to-the-touch stainless front edge adds safety, and it's backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
