The Dukers DCHPA36 36" Gas Countertop Hot Plate is a heavy-duty solution for commercial kitchens, featuring six powerful burners with a total output of 168,000 BTU/H. Each 28,000 BTU stainless steel burner includes a standby pilot and is controlled independently every 12 inches, giving chefs full command over their cooking.
Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this hot plate is built for durability and easy cleaning. Lift-off cast iron burners and a full-length seamless drip pan make maintenance simple, while adjustable stainless steel legs provide a stable setup.
Designed for flexibility, it ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit. A cool-to-the-touch front edge adds safety, and the unit is backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
