The Dukers DCGM36 36" Gas Countertop Griddle is built for performance and flexibility, featuring three burners that deliver a total of 90,000 BTU/H. With a spacious 35.86" x 20.50" cooking surface, it handles high-volume demands while ensuring even heat distribution for consistent results.
Each 30,000 BTU burner comes with a standby pilot and independent manual controls every 12 inches, giving chefs precise temperature management. The griddle is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Adjustable stainless steel legs provide added stability in busy kitchen environments.
Equipped with a heavy-duty 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and a seamless full-length drip pan, cleanup is simple. The unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, and it's backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty for peace of mind.
