Designed for use with liquid propane at 10" WC pressure, this fryer features a durable temperature probe and Millivolt safety control system, maintaining precise heat between 200°F and 400°F. Its large cold zone and forward-sloping bottom help collect sediment, preserving oil quality and simplifying routine cleaning.
