The Blue Air BLMT72-HC is built with top-quality stainless steel cabinet construction, both inside and out (with a galvanized steel back and bottom). Its environmentally friendly Cyclopentane insulation contains no harmful HFCs. The unit's drop-in section employs fans to maintain consistent cold temperatures, and it features an insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider, preventing food spillage into the storage area below. The BLMT72-HC comes with standard 1/6-size 4-inch food pans and accommodates 6-inch deep pans. It offers flexibility with epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable shelving height, and a side rail cutting board bracket with a 9 ½-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick cutting board included. Easy mobility is ensured with six 4-inch diameter swivel casters, complete with front brakes. This prep table is designed for efficiency and convenience in a commercial kitchen.
