Inside, you'll find one adjustable plastic-coated steel shelf and space for six 1/6 size pans and two 1/9 size pans, making it perfect for organizing ingredients. The unit is constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, and it is mounted on four casters (two front-locking) for easy mobility. With a 1/4 HP compressor, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, and digital thermostat, the BST-27 meets cETLus and NSF standards, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
