Bison BPT-67 Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table combines efficiency and durability for busy kitchens. Measuring 67'' and with a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, this two-section unit is designed to streamline pizza preparation. It supports up to (9) 1/3 size pans and features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration to keep your ingredients at optimal temperatures.
Built with rugged 430 stainless steel, both inside and out, the BPT-67 is equipped with self-closing doors and two adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves for flexible storage. The unit rides on four casters, including two front-locking, for easy maneuverability and stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/3 HP compressor, this model ensures energy-efficient operation. Certified by cETLus and NSF, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
