Each drawer features a durable stainless steel front and a magnetic snap-in gasket for a secure, airtight seal that also simplifies cleaning.
Designed to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen, this unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a matching aluminum back for enhanced durability and easy maintenance. The insulated stainless steel top protects the contents from heat transfer, even when equipment is placed on top. Additionally, the top's marine edge helps contain spills for quick and effortless cleanup.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system, powered by a 1/3 hp compressor, maintains a safe temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronic thermostat with an external LED display allows precise temperature control and monitoring. Cleaning and maintenance are a breeze thanks to the front-accessible condensing unit, and the unit can be easily moved away from the wall for thorough cleaning with its four casters. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
