Akita AST-72-30 Mega Top Refrigerated Salad and Sandwich Prep Table is designed for maximum efficiency in busy kitchens. This three-section unit measures 72.4" wide and offers an 18.75 cu. ft. interior capacity, accommodating up to (30) 1/6 GN pans. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system ensures a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, managed by a digital thermostat with automatic defrost.
Equipped with (3) self-closing swing doors with recessed handles, the AST-72-30 provides easy access and secure storage. Inside, (3) adjustable shelves and a large cutting board facilitate versatile food prep and storage solutions. The unit is mobile thanks to durable casters, and its R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant makes it both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
