The Akita AST-36 is a versatile refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table designed for efficiency in busy kitchens. With a 36-1/3" width and an 8.92 cu. ft. interior capacity, this two-section unit provides ample storage while accommodating up to (10) 1/6 GN pans. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 32°F to 41°F, managed by a digital thermostat with auto defrost for optimal performance.
Featuring (2) self-closing swing doors with recessed handles and (2) shelves, the Akita AST-36 ensures easy access and organization of ingredients. A cutting board provides a convenient workspace, while casters allow for easy mobility. Utilizing eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, this unit meets cETLus and NSF standards, ensuring reliable, energy-efficient operation.
