The stainless steel flat top provides a sturdy surface for heavy cooking equipment, while four drawers offer ample storage for ingredients. Equipped with a digital thermometer and automatic defrost, it ensures precise temperature management. Built with a stainless steel interior, front, and sides, and supported by four 4'' swivel casters (two braked), this chef base combines durability with mobility. Powered by eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, the ACB-72 is energy-efficient and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
