This Inferno Blaze 2 burner add-on features a broiler top, which is perfect for burgers and other meats. It features a 10 gauge metal angle construction and a 12 gauge, type 304 stainless steel frame.
This frame is easily adjustable to best fit over the burners.
How it works: The unit is designed to sit on top of a gas range, covering 2 burners for ample cooking space. The range burners heat the surface, which then transfers heat to product for cooking.
