The Manitowoc IYT0450W-161 is part of the Manitowoc Indigo NXT series, offering advanced intelligent diagnostics for maintenance and diagnostic feedback 24/7, ensuring smooth operation.
This remarkable unit can produce up to 470 lbs. of half-dice ice per day while significantly reducing energy consumption by an average of 9%, potable water usage by 5%, and condenser water usage by 19% compared to previous Indigo models.
You can customize the ice production schedule based on daily fluctuations, either by On/Off Time or Ice Volume. The easyTouch display keeps your staff informed about operating statuses, cleaning reminders, and asset information with its eye-catching blue illuminated display. This innovative technology allows you to enhance energy management, set the right ice production levels, streamline cleaning processes, address food safety concerns, maintain ice quality, and quickly access up-to-date service information.
The acoustical ice sensing probe ensures that the machine continues to run smoothly by detecting when the ice harvest is ready, regardless of water conditions. The unit's space-saving design includes a DuraTech exterior that offers superior corrosion resistance. This exterior features a hard, clear-coat layer on top of an aluminum alloy, making it easy to wipe clean and providing protection against fingerprints and scratches.
For maximum sanitation and safety, Manitowoc Indigo NXT ice machines are designed with an easy-to-clean food zone. A hinged front door swings out, providing easy access to the removable water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probes for efficient cleaning. Select components are made with Alpha San antimicrobial material to ensure superior sanitation. This unit operates with a 115V electrical connection.
