The Turbo Air TPR-67SD-N pizza prep table is designed for maximum efficiency in pizza preparation. Its top compartment can hold nine third-size food pans with a 4-inch depth, and its cold bunker system ensures food stays consistently below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An insulated pan cover protects against contaminants.
The unit features a spacious 19¼-inch-wide cutting board for convenient pizza assembly. In the storage base, four stainless steel shelves provide ample space for ingredient storage. LED lights and a fan in the chilled storage area maintain consistent temperatures, and the stainless steel interior is easy to clean.
