Its spacious 19 1/4" deep cutting board offers ample room to assemble your signature pizzas, calzones, stromboli, and more. The convenient topping rail accommodates up to six 1/3 size food pans, each with a depth of 6", ensuring that all your fresh toppings are within easy reach.
This unit is equipped with a side-mounted, front-breathing 1/4 hp compressor that operates on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. R290 is known for its environmental responsibility, boasting an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Additionally, the side-mounted compressor helps maintain safe holding temperatures and allows the unit to be positioned closer to the wall, optimizing your kitchen's aisle space.
One of the standout features of this pizza prep table is Turbo Air's revolutionary self-cleaning condenser system. It automatically cleans the condenser by moving a rotating brush up and down its surface 2-3 times per day. This eliminates the need for manual condenser cleaning and prevents dust from accumulating on the coils. As a result, the stress on the compressor is reduced, lowering the risk of breakdowns and leading to fewer maintenance calls and higher overall energy efficiency.
The two drawers in this unit can each hold up to twelve 1/6 size food pans, each with a depth of 6" (food pans sold separately). This offers ample storage for backup toppings and ingredients. For added flexibility, Turbo Air ships this unit with a set of 4" casters, making it mobile to suit your kitchen floor plan. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
