The Turbo Air TPR-44SD-D2-N 44" two-drawer pizza prep table offers an expansive 19 1/4" deep cutting board, providing ample space for crafting signature pizzas, calzones, and stromboli. The topping rail accommodates six 1/3 size food pans, each up to 6" deep, ensuring all your fresh toppings are easily accessible.
Equipped with a front-breathing 1/4 hp compressor running on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this unit is an environmentally responsible choice for your business. R290 refrigerant boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The side-mounted compressor not only maintains safe holding temperatures but also allows the unit to be placed closer to the wall, optimizing aisle space.
Featuring Turbo Air's innovative self-cleaning condenser system, this unit automatically cleans the condenser multiple times per day, reducing the need for manual cleaning and preventing dust buildup on the coils. This results in fewer maintenance calls and enhanced overall energy efficiency.
The pizza prep table's two drawers can each hold twelve 1/6 size food pans, up to 6" deep (sold separately), providing storage for backup toppings and ingredients.
