It features a spacious 11 3/4-inch polyethylene cutting board for food prep and comes with 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans (4 inches deep) but can accommodate 6-inch pans. This unit utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41°F. It includes electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors for energy efficiency. The self-cleaning condensing coil keeps the unit operating efficiently. Routine maintenance ensures consistent cooling with minimal energy consumption.
