The True TRCB-96 Chef Base offers exceptional support for up to 1,434 pounds of kitchen equipment. It features a heavy-duty top with a raised marine edge to contain spills and simplify cleanup. With four drawers, it can store a total of 12 full-size food pans (pans sold separately), ensuring convenient access to ingredients.
This chef base employs forced-air refrigeration to maintain consistent temperatures throughout, utilizing a self-contained capillary tube system to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its construction includes a stainless steel exterior and aluminum back for durability. The 4-inch castors, with front locks, provide mobility. Inside, the rust-resistant stainless steel interior of the drawers ensures longevity, while the clear-coated aluminum interior of the cabinet makes cleaning a breeze.
