The True TRCB-82 Chef Base is a versatile kitchen unit providing equipment space and refrigerated ingredient storage. Its stainless steel top can handle up to 1,084 pounds and features a raised border to prevent spills. The exterior is primarily stainless steel, with an aluminum back, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Recessed handles on the front enhance safety and convenience.
With four drawers, the TRCB-82 can accommodate up to 10 full-size food pans (purchased separately). The stainless steel-lined drawers resist rust, while polyurethane insulation keeps temperatures stable between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A forced-air system, capillary tubes, and R134A refrigerant maintain uniform cooling, eliminating hot spots.
