Its heavy-duty stainless steel top can support up to 717 pounds of equipment, featuring a single-piece design and marine top edges that prevent spills from reaching the floor.
The refrigerated base consists of two drawers, each capable of holding three full-size food pans (food pans sold separately). This unit operates within a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring your ingredients stay at the perfect temperature. The self-contained capillary tube system efficiently maintains these cool temperatures, while large fans quickly chill food once the drawers are closed.
Durability is a key feature of this chef base, with its stainless steel and aluminum exterior, white aluminum interior for easy cleaning, and permanently attached handles with a metal sheet interlock.
