The True TRCB-36 Chef Base is a reliable companion for any busy kitchen. Operating on R134A refrigerant within a capillary tube system, it effectively maintains a consistent temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Cleaning and servicing are made easy thanks to the accessible rear-mounted condensing unit.
This chef base ensures even airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, thanks to the evaporator's fan motor and large blades, coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. Its stainless steel exterior is paired with an aluminum back, while the interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner. With two drawers that can each accommodate one full-size food pan and three sixth-size food pans (sold separately), this unit is versatile and efficient. Its stainless steel top is designed with a drip-resistant edge and can support an impressive 717 pounds of equipment.
