With six drawers, this unit can accommodate up to 12 full-size food pans, ensuring your ingredients stay perfectly chilled. These drawers are also adaptable, accommodating various configurations of smaller food pans if they are 4 inches deep.
To maintain a precise temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the self-contained refrigeration unit employs a forced-air system and a capillary tube, powered by eco-friendly R134A refrigerant. Designed to endure the demands of bustling commercial kitchens, this chef base boasts a stainless steel exterior, complemented by an aluminum back, and a clear-coated aluminum liner inside, making cleanup a breeze.
