Plus, the refrigerated storage space below is perfect for backup ingredients, and the six separate drawers accommodate two 8" deep full-size food pans each (sold separately). With a 3/4 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, it's designed for commercial use, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Rugged stainless steel construction, GalFan coated steel back, and efficient insulation ensure durability and temperature retention. Move it easily for cleaning with (6) 5" stem casters.
