It includes (12) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans with insulated stainless steel lids to keep toppings fresh. The 19 1/2" deep cutting board offers ample workspace and is easy to clean. The refrigerated storage space below is perfect for backup ingredients. Four separate drawers, each fitting two 8" deep full-size food pans (sold separately), provide flexible storage. With adjustable wire shelves, (6) 5" stem casters, and a 3/4 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, it's designed for commercial use.
