It features (9) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans in the refrigerated pan rail, ensuring your pizza toppings stay fresh at the right temperature, thanks to stainless steel lift-up lids.
A spacious full-length cutting board (19 1/2" deep) provides ample room for pizza assembly and is easily removable for cleaning. Below, you have refrigerated storage for backup ingredients and less-common toppings, with four adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves.
The unit has doors with removable magnetic gaskets and recessed handles for user convenience. Maneuvering is effortless with (4) 5" stem casters. The 1/4 hp refrigeration system keeps temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant.
Designed for commercial use, it boasts a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior with stainless steel floor is well-insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, ensuring structural rigidity and temperature retention. This prep table operates on a standard 115V electrical connection, making it ideal for your pizza preparation needs.
