Ideal for pizzerias, universities, and restaurants, it features a refrigerated pan rail with eight 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans and foam-insulated stainless steel lift-up lids to maintain food-safe temperatures.
The unit provides ample workspace with a removable full-length cutting board and refrigerated storage space beneath. Four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves aid in organization.
Featuring removable magnetic gaskets on its doors and recessed handles for ease of use, this prep table rolls smoothly on four 5" stem casters for easy cleaning. It efficiently operates with a 1/4 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built for commercial use, it boasts stainless steel construction, clear-coated aluminum interior, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for durability and temperature retention. Operates on a 115V electrical connection.
