The True TPP-AT-44D-2-HC prep table is a perfect addition to pizzerias and Italian restaurants, designed specifically for pizza preparation. It features a pan rail section with six third-size pans for storing pizza toppings conveniently. The full-length cutting board provides ample space for assembling and preparing pizzas, and additional storage is available in the base with two drawers that can each hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch-deep pans.
This prep table utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, allowing operators to set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to suit various product types. The unit ensures even cooling in both the pan rail and drawer sections with guided airflow. To maintain optimal performance, the condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds during compressor startup, effectively removing dirt and debris from the coil. Regular coil maintenance is recommended for consistent results.
