This unit streamlines pizza preparation with its practical features and ample capacity. It accommodates six 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans in a refrigerated pan rail, ideal for storing a variety of pizza toppings. The stainless steel lift-up lid with foam insulation ensures food stays at the right temperature.
The table includes a full-length cutting board, removable for easy cleaning, providing a spacious workspace for assembling orders. Additional refrigerated storage space beneath the workspace is perfect for backup ingredients. Two adjustable wire shelves are included for organizing supplies.
Cleaning is simplified with the removable magnetic gasket on the door, and the recessed handle offers easy operation. The prep table rolls smoothly on four 5" stem casters for convenient mobility during cleaning. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit with a 1/4 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant.
Designed for commercial use, it features stainless steel construction, a clear-coated aluminum interior with coved corners, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for structural rigidity and temperature retention. The unit operates with a 115V electrical connection.
