The 19 1/2-inch deep cutting board provides ample space for pizza assembly and is easily removable for cleaning. Below the workspace, refrigerated storage is available for backup ingredients, including sauce and cheese. The unit includes eight drawers, each accommodating two 8-inch deep full-size food pans (sold separately). Drawers feature removable components, recessed handles, and smooth rollers for user convenience.
This commercial-grade prep table boasts a stainless steel exterior, clear-coated aluminum interior with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and a 3/4 hp refrigeration system. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. For easy mobility and cleaning, it comes with (8) 5-inch stem casters.
