The True TPP-AT-119D-4-HC prep table is designed for pizza preparation, featuring a pan section with 15 third-size pans and a spacious 19.5-inch-deep cutting board. Insulated lids keep ingredients fresh, and the cutting board is removable for easy cleaning.
The cabinet base includes two door sections with adjustable wire shelves and four drawer sections that can hold full-size, 8-inch-deep pans. Recessed 12-inch handles save space in narrow aisles.
Operating between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this prep table offers customizable temperature settings. Its forced airflow pattern ensures consistent temperatures throughout the unit. The front-breathing design allows easy access to the condensing unit for maintenance.
To maintain peak efficiency, the reverse condensing fan motor clears dust and debris from the condensing coil, operating for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts. Regular maintenance and this feature help extend the unit's lifespan and keep products cold.
