The True TPP-AT-119-HC pizza prep table streamlines pizza preparation with its efficient design. It includes a rail section with 15 third-size pans, all equipped with lids to maintain temperature and freshness. The unit features a spacious 19.5-inch-wide cutting board that spans its entire length, perfect for dough preparation.
For additional storage, the base has four door sections with two adjustable wire shelves each, featuring one-piece gaskets and 12-inch recessed handles. The front-breathing design allows flexible installation near walls and other equipment, with easy access to the front-mounted condenser for cleaning and maintenance.
Operators can set temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A self-cleaning feature reverses the condensing fan motor for 20 seconds when the compressor starts, ensuring a clean condensing coil for optimal performance. Regular maintenance by employees is recommended for consistent results.
