The Sierra Range SRPO-60G is a full-size, single deck oven, measuring 60" in width, 42" in depth, and 58" in height (WDH). The oven chamber is equipped with a 1-1/2" thick Fibra-ment stone and boasts a 7" deck height, along with independently controlled top heat to fine-tune the oven's temperature for even cooking. The temperature range spans from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, offering versatile cooking options.
These ovens are factory-prepared for natural gas installation, and for added convenience, a liquid propane conversion kit is included with each unit.
Constructed with a focus on durability, this pizza deck oven features a heavy-duty build with a top, front, sides, and legs made from high-quality stainless steel. The insulated doors are designed to be spring-loaded, making them easy to open and close. Inside, tubular type burners with 12" spacing ensure even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
