The Sierra C1840G is a countertop gas conveyor oven with an 18" wide belt and a 40" long cooking chamber. It is designed for cooking pizza, baked dishes, chicken wings, calzones, cookies, pies, pita breads, bakery products, hot sub sandwiches, and more. It is rated at 60,000 BTU and available in natural gas or propane, and is stackable up to three units high. Additional features include stainless steel construction, front-mounted controls, electronic temperature control, variable digital speed control, cook time adjustment from 1 to 20 minutes, reversible conveyor belt direction, thermal insulation for energy efficiency, an efficient gas burner, high-velocity precision-targeted air flow distribution panels for consistent baking results, and a removable front panel, crumb tray, and top and bottom air flow distribution panels for easy cleaning. It comes with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, and legs with locking casters are available in 18", 24", and 30" sizes.
