Standard features of this versatile oven include an 18” conveyor belt, durable stainless steel construction, front-mounted controls for easy accessibility, electronic temperature control with a digital read-out, variable digital speed control on the conveyor belt, a cook time range from 1 to 20 minutes, a reversible conveyor belt direction, thermally insulated design for energy efficiency, an efficient gas burner, high-velocity precision targeted air flow distribution panels for consistent and repeatable baking results, stackability of up to 3 units high, a removable front panel, crumb tray, and top and bottom air flow distribution panels for easy cleaning, 4” adjustable stainless steel legs, and the option for legs with locking casters (available in 18”, 24”, and 30” sizes).
