The Turbo Air MST-72-30-N is a 72" M3 series mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table, designed to streamline the preparation of fresh salads and sandwiches in your sandwich shop or cafe. This unit offers an extensive workspace with a 9.5" wide polyethylene cutting board, three adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves, and comes with a total of 30 condiment food pans for ingredient organization. It maintains consistent temperature control through an innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system, ensuring food safety even when the lid is open. The digital control system allows temperature monitoring in the range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used for environmental responsibility. Its durable stainless steel interior and exterior guarantee longevity. The self-cleaning condenser system reduces maintenance, while casters provide mobility. It requires a 115V electrical connection and is a reliable addition to your establishment.
