The Turbo Air MST-28-12-N is a 28" M3 series mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table, designed to enhance your sandwich shop or cafe's efficiency and convenience.
It offers ample workspace with a 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board, an adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelf, and (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep condiment food pans. The innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system ensure consistent temperature control and safety. A digital control system keeps temperatures between 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built to last, the unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a self-closing, field-reversible swing door. It's insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for energy efficiency.
Additionally, the self-cleaning condenser system reduces maintenance and improves energy efficiency. The 1/6 hp compressor and side mount compressor ensure consistent temperatures.
Turbo Air ships the unit with casters for mobility if needed, and it requires a 115V electrical connection. An eco-friendly R290 refrigerant further enhances its environmental responsibility.
