The True T-12-HC reach-in refrigerator ensures consistent cooling with a capillary tube system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between 33 to 38°F. Its bottom-mounted refrigeration system operates efficiently in the coolest part of the kitchen. The compressor fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean by blowing in the opposite direction for 20 seconds when turned on. Despite this efficiency, regular preventative maintenance is still recommended.
The solid door features a stainless steel exterior, white aluminum liner, and magnetic door gaskets to prevent cold air leaks. Inside, three PVC-coated wire shelves provide storage flexibility. The unit's stainless steel interior and exterior enhance durability and simplify cleaning.
