Description
The Everest Refrigeration EGC50 is a versatile 49-1/2" wide glass and plate chiller. This unit features a durable stainless steel countertop and two lids, with an exterior finished in textured and laminated black vinyl. Inside, you'll find five steel wire shelves for organized storage of glasses and plates. The chiller is illuminated by shielded LED lighting, and its interior is constructed of galvanized steel. It offers a spacious 15 cubic feet of capacity, capable of holding up to 230 8" mugs.
Efficiency meets environmental consciousness with a side-mounted refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. The cabinet is exceptionally well-insulated with 1-3/4" thick high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The forced-air cooling system, featuring an oversized condenser and ECM fans, ensures even airflow throughout the cabinet, resulting in quicker chilling times.
Operating at 115 Volts, 60 Hz, and 1 phase with 5 Amps and a 1/2 HP compressor, the EGC50 comes pre-wired and ready with a NEMA 5-15P plug. You can precisely control temperatures ranging from -10°F to 54°F through the digital controller with an LED display.
Notably, the Blizzard R290 All-In-One Slide Out Cooling Cartridge is an industry innovation, providing rapid, safe, and hassle-free refrigeration. This patented self-contained refrigeration cartridge eliminates the need for brazing, ensuring quick, risk-free repairs and eliminating the risk of R290 ignition.
