It produces 470 lbs. of dice ice per day while reducing energy consumption by 41%, potable water usage by 21%, and condenser water usage by 34% compared to previous models.
Customizable ice production scheduling adapts to demand fluctuations, and the easyTouch display provides operational status, cleaning reminders, and asset information. The acoustical ice sensing probe ensures efficient operation, and the DuraTech exterior offers corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Sanitation is prioritized with an easy-to-clean foodzone and Alpha San antimicrobial components. This unit operates on a 115V electrical connection, making it an efficient and sanitary solution for your ice production needs.
